The second is either a members-only follow-up Q&A or an in-person Networking Café / international community event in Vienna. Group activities are included in paid memberships. Missed an online session? Members receive the recording.

Who is Expat Academy Vienna for?
It is designed for international professionals and newcomers who are moving to Vienna or already living in Austria and want practical support with career, workplace culture, relocation and everyday integration.
Can I join after the programme has started?
Yes. You can join in any month. A 3- or 6-month membership starts with the next Academy session and continues for the length of your plan.
What if I miss a live online session?
Members receive recordings of online sessions, so you can catch up when you cannot attend live.
What happens during July and August?
The Academy pauses for summer, and your membership pauses too. Your plan continues in September without charging you for months without live sessions.
