Founder
Nikolina Saric is an intercultural and integration trainer for international professionals in Austria, facilitator and entrepreneur, based in Vienna since 2015. With over 15 years of experience in education system, international programs, onboarding, integration, and cross-cultural collaboration, she has supported international students, professionals, and international organizations.
Nikolina’s academic background combines social sciences, languages, and human resources development. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and French language and literature. She further specialized in people and organizational development through professional education at a Business Academy in Zagreb and a Master’s degree in Organizational and Human Resources Development completed in Vienna. Nikolina speaks Croatian, English, German and French.
Why I founded Interconnected?
I know firsthand what it means to relocate to a new country and navigate unfamiliar systems, cultural expectations, and a new language. I have also experienced the impact that genuine support and a structured onboarding process can have on confidence, engagement, and long-term success.
Driven by a passion for people and culture, I founded Interconnected in autumn 2025 to co-create an integration process for international talents in Austria that makes a difference. Today, I partner with international companies, global leaders, and organizations to transform intercultural complexity into confident collaboration and successful integration of international talent.
